Baking Apple Pie

Apple pie is one of my favorite types of pie next to pumpkin. It just reminds me of fall and I think that's why I love it so much. After a little bit of convincing the other day, my mom decided we could make apple pie. She did most of the cooking and I did most of the tasting :).
