Baseball and of Course Ice Cream

I've realized most of my posts on my blog consist of ice cream. Is this a bad thing? I think not.  Today my post is no exception and is staying on the ice cream trend, because why not? This afternoon my sisters and I went to a baseball game. I haven't been all year, so it was fun. Later that evening after dinner, my family decided they wanted ice cream. We drove to my favorite ice cream shop. Let me just say banana ice cream and Oreo mixed together is the best tasting thing. Below are some pictures of my day today.

A lovely evening for a bonfire. The sky was perfectly clear and a mostly bug free. The cat even came outside on his leash to enjoy the nature.

The weather was absolutely gorgeous today. Sunny and warm, with a slight breeze. I sat on my porch with my two dogs just enjoying the sunshine. I also stopped to admire the daisies, which are my favorite flowers.

Fourth Of July

Happy 4th of July! I had a lovely day spent with my family. Although it was cloudy and a bit windy, the rain thankfully missed us. In the afternoon we went to a parade and later in the evening we attended a fireworks show. The day was brilliant and I'm so grateful I got to spend it with family celebrating our glorious country. From the lakes of Minnesota, happy holidays!

Happy Birthday

Happy birthday to my older sister Mamie! Today we spent the day with family and friends celebrating my sisters 21st birthday. Below is a picture of us enjoying a wonderful birthday dinner  tonight. The other picture is of me and Mamie when we were adorable little youngsters. I'm so lucky to have her as my older sister xo.
