One of my all time favorite bands is The 1975. I absolutely adore their music. The other day I was fortunate enough to see them perform live. The concert was absolutely spectacular and I loved every bit of it. They started the concert with their newest song, Love Me. They then performed a series of songs from their last album they released. The venue was quite small, which made the concert intimate and more enjoyable. I'll leave you with a few photos I took from the concert.

Ed Sheeran

A few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to go see Ed Sheeran perform in Minneapolis. He was beyond amazing. The atmosphere in the concert seemed so chill and laid back. This made is much more enjoyable. He had two opening acts for his show, Jamie Lawson and Christina Perri. They were both phenomenal and I would easily go see them at their own concert. I've seen Ed perform once before and he was marvelous then, but this time he was even better. My favorite song he performed had to have been Tenerife Sea. I love that song in general, but live it was just that much better. During the concert I managed to take some videos. I'll leave a compilation of my favorite pieces below for you to enjoy. Great Minnesota Get Together

Let me just tell you, the State Fair is my favorite part of the summer. If you have never been, I highly advise you to check it out one year. I've been going with my family for a few years now and it's alway a good time. This year was no exception. The food is wonderful and the people watching is even better. Here are a few pictures from my trip last Saturday.

Rainy Days and Baking Craze

One of my favorite things to do is bake. I especially love baking if the weather is cold and crappy out. The last few days have been rainy and gray, which makes for perfect baking weather. I decided to make one of my favorite cookies, Snickerdoodles. They are wonderfully delicious and the perfect comfort food.

One Direction Perfection

Hello!
This past week I went with my sisters to see the lovely One Direction on there On The Road Again tour. I decided, that I should dress up like Waldo in hopes that they might see me. I had the whole costume, but didn't wear the hat until they came out onstage. They never saw me, but other people seemed to find it amusing. I couldn't wear the hat right away, due to the "I could get heat stroke" possibility. It was around ninety degrees and about one hundred percent humidity. Yes, it was hot to say the least. Other than it being very warm out the concert was quite enjoyable. Icona Pop opened up for them and they were quite fun to hear. One Direction's whole show was also very fun to listen to and watch. I think my favorite song besides Little Things, was either 18 or Act My Age. I hope you enjoy my photos from the concert below.

The Great Outdoors

What do you do when it's very hot and humid? Go camping of course! At least this is what my family decided to do this past week. My mom planned a camping trip for us around the One Direction concert, so we wouldn't have to get a hotel room or drive home straight after it ended. This was a lovely idea, if it hadn't been eighty plus degrees and two million percent humidity. That's a slight exaggeration, but it was quite hot and buggy. Pesky mosquitoes! My whole family left for the camping trip on Friday and arrived home Monday. Even though it was hot and buggy, I really did enjoy the trip and being with my family.
